Overview
In 2012, the Sugar Land City Council approved plans for the development of a future concert and performing arts facility on a 21 acre site that will also include a larger mixed-use development identified for commercial, office and entertainment purposes.
The public/private partnership called for a 6,500 seat multipurpose facility for concerts, cultural acts, and community events. The venue also has the unique ability to adjust the walls in the auditorium to reduce the number of seats to accommodate smaller productions.
