Overview
Renovation and Expansion of the Forest Theater is intended to ignite a healthy and thriving South Dallas. The theater and adjacent spaces will be converted into a hub for entertainment and arts education with a flexible 1,100 seat concert hall, a creative education laboratory, a 100 seat Black Box studio theater, a hospitality Annex, a rooftop terrace, catering kitchen, connected Back-Of-House spaces, surface parking lots, and landscape/hardscape improvements.
The Projects Group was hired to provide comprehensive project management / owner’s representative services from pre-design through construction. In addition to predesign services, we assisted to bringing comprehensive specialty consultants on board including the creation of a proforma, and food and beverage study. Currently we are facilitating the General Contractor preconstruction selection process.
