Overview
In 2004, The Projects Group was hired as the Project Manager/Owner’s Representative to oversee the design and construction for the Foundation to manage a performing arts project that was a key component of the downtown master plan for the overall Richmond revitalization.
The project included construction of a new 250 seat multipurpose Community Theatre, and a Jazz club along with the renovation of an historic 2,000 seat theatre. These projects make up an entire city block and house the offices for the Richmond Symphony Orchestra and the Virginia Performing Arts Foundation
