Vice President / Project Executive

Rick Fourie brings close to 30 years experience as an owner’s project manager, quantity surveyor/cost consultant, and director of preconstruction, on a wide range of cultural projects including performing arts centers, museums, amphitheaters, libraries, film studio’s, multi-use, university, and K12 educational facilities. He has worked on projects in more than 40 US States, ten countries, on four continents ranging from a $2.5 million renovation to a new $300 million facility and everything in between. Every project that Rick has worked on is unique and presents its challenges and thus opportunities – his passion is to recognize these challenges early and to engage and lead a multi-disciplinary team to find the best cost-effective solution for a better project.
