John has over a decade of experience as an Owner’s Representative, Project Manager, and Professional Engineer. He is adept at soliciting, qualifying, selecting, and leading teams for numerous museums, performing-arts facilities, parks, universities, airports, urban districts, manufacturing facilities, healthcare districts, office and residential buildings, cultural centers, Tribal facilities, FAA- and TxDOT-specification private runways, nonprofit organizations, research campuses, station power plants, and private residences. In addition to leading development programs, he also has significant experience specifying and troubleshooting the specialty equipment essential to successful operation of cultural institutions, such as lighting, AV, production equipment, rigging, automated stages, and MEP/FP systems. He is a frequent speaker on matters of real-estate development, sustainability, facilities management, and infrastructure master planning.
